Ordering
To place an order, simply browse Pierotucci.com and once you find the item(s) you wish to purchase, simply place them in your shopping basket by clicking on the “Add to shopping basket” button. Once you complete your shopping, click on the “Proceed to check out” button. You will then be asked to provide some additional information necessary to complete your order. Once completed, click on the “Continue” button and you will arrive to the confirmation page. From there you will be able to select the type of payment you prefer and complete your order.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Online we accept: Visa / Master Card / American Express / JCB / Diner’s Club / Paypal.
Offline (phone orders)we accept: Visa / Master Card / American Express / JCB / Diner’s Club.
You may also send a bank transfer if you do not wish to use your credit card.

How do I pay with my credit card?
Once you arrive to the confirmation page, you will be presented with your payment options.
Select the “Credit card online” button and then click on “Go to secure check out”. From there you will be redirected to the Consorzio Triveneto Secure server (utilizes 128bit SSL encryption to keep your details absolutely safe) and you will be asked for your credit card numbers, expiration date and CVV code. After inserting your data and clicking on the “Pay” button, please wait patiently while the order is being processed. At the end, you will be redirected again to Pierotucci.com where you will be able to view the order results (Order confirmed or Transaction not processed).
For Visa and Mastercard cardholders: If the security systems Verified by Visa and Securcode are activated, you may be asked to create a password (typically only the first time you use the card online), or insert your password. See payment page for details.

Once you arrive to the confirmation page, select “Paypal” and click on the button “Go to secure check out”. You will be redirected to the secure Paypal gateway where you will be able to proceed with your payment using your Paypal account or your credit card (no Paypal registration necessary in this case).

How do I order by Phone or by Fax?
Once you arrive to the confirmation page, select “Credit card offline (fax / phone)” and click on the button “Go to secure check out”. From there you may choose between sending us a simple fax copy of your request (automatically generated from our system) or ask us to call you back at your convenience.
Another option would be to send us an e-mail at customerservice@pierotucci.com or leave us a voice-mail and we will get right back to you.

How do I order with a Bank transfer?
Once you arrive on the confirmation page, select “Bank transfer” and click on the button “Go to secure check out”. In the following page you will be provided with our bank account details. To complete the order, submit a bank transfer for the sum indicated at the top of the page. Please be sure to reference the order number presented in the field above.

When do I get charged from Pierotucci.com?
For both online and offline credit card orders, Pierotucci.com will charge you no earlier than the day before shipment date. Paypal instead will charge your card at the placement of the order.

Yes, you may print your invoice by logging into your Pierotucci account and clicking on the “View Invoice” button on your order details. Please note that the invoice will be available online ONLY after the shipment is completed.

Product Information
Why do you have a color disclaimer for leather products?
Every effort has been made to accurately display the color of the leather you are viewing. Differences in computer monitors, internet connections, and the processor in your computer could cause colors to appear in shades or tones that are not accurate. Even if all monitors displayed the same colors, due to the nature of leather tanning processes there are slight differences between loads of leather we receive from the tannery. If precision in color selection is important, it is recommended that a sample or swatch card be ordered.

Can I order a product in a different color?
Yes! The Pierotucci.com merchandise comes in a variety of colors. The color options are presented to you on each product page. If you are looking for a different color, click on the “Customize this item” button located on the lower right corner of the product page.
From there, type in your color preference in the space provided. We will do our best to satisfy your request!
Please note that this customization is only available for the products made in the Pierotucci Factory and not for the products we offer by other designers. All customizations have a small surcharge.

How do I know my size in European format?
All sizes are displayed in European format on the size chart. To change the format, simply click on the “EU format” button to display U.S. or Japanese sizes. By clicking on the “Check your size” button located on the relevant product page, you will find the size chart automatically displayed in the standard you have chosen, with the measurements available both in centimeters and inches.

Do you offer custom made jackets?
Yes, we are able to customize all of our leather jackets. If you cannot find your size on the standard size chart provided when you click on the button “Check your size”, simply click on the button “Customize this item” and you will be provided with instructions on how to take your measurements and send them to us.
Please note that custom made jackets cannot be returned unless a mistake on the tailors part was made or the item arrives damaged. All customizations will have a small surcharge. For more information on our return policy please click here.

We do not have special sizes but instead, we can create a jacket custom made for you. All customizations will have a small surcharge. Read above to learn how to order a jacket custom made.

What is the cost for special orders?
Please note that in some cases like replacing the type of leather with a more expensive one, or making a measurement or pattern changes to the item ordered, there will be a customization surcharge added to the total cost. Also, please note that a special order cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or a mistake was made on the part of our tailor. Shipping & Handling
How much does it cost to ship?
Pierotucci.com offer the free shipping worldwide for any order above € 275.00.
For orders less than € 275.00, the cost of shipping depends on the size, weight and destination of the package. For a complete list of shipping costs please click here.

How long will it take to ship?
The time required to receive your package will depend on your selected shipment method and item availability. Your package may be shipped out as early as the next day or within a maximum of 4 weeks if we have to make the item in the factory. However in this second case the average delivery time is around 2 weeks. In all cases Pierotucci.com does not charge your credit card until the exact day of shipment.

What carrier do you use to ship?
Our preferred carrier is UPS (in some cases we use TNT or DHL).
You may also opt to use the Regular Airmail system. This method is safe and more cost effective, however delivery times are longer and the package is not traceable online. To see delivery times to your destination using Regular Airmail, click here .

How may I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order simply by logging into your Pierotucci account using your e-mail and password that was provided to you. There you will find all of your order details.

How may I track my order online?
For all the UPS shipments, you will be automatically notified with your tracking number when your shipment begins. For all the Regular Airmail shipments, there is NO tracking service, but you may check the Status of your order logging into your account.

What happens if the merchandise you receive is damaged?
If you open the package and the merchandise is broken or defective, Pierotucci.com will replace the item at no cost to you. In this case, simply login to your account to access your order details and activate your RMA (return merchandise authorization). You will be contacted shortly thereafter by a Pierotucci.com representative with instructions on how to proceed.

What happens if the merchandise gets damaged during the delivery process?
UPS is one of the most secure carriers in the world. In the rare occasion that you receive a package that appears to be damaged on the outside, we ask you to please sign for the package “With Reserve”. Please open the package and inspect the merchandise with the UPS deliveryman present and if the item is damaged, Pierotucci.com will work with UPS to resolve the problem. Pierotucci.com will replace the order as soon as possible.

Will I have to pay customs duty when the package arrives?
Pierotucci.com assumes responsibilities for tax duties in US, Canada, Japan, and Europe. For all other countries, tax duties may be requested by you in order to deliver the merchandise. To see if custom duties in your country will be your responsibility click here.

Monogramming
Monogramming, or “leather guilding” as it was once referred to in Florence, is done by taking a brass tool, heating it over an open flame, then embossing the leather with the heated tool creating an impression. The tool must be just the right temperature in order for the leather to be permanently embossed. Monogramming with our Florentine gold leaf is also available which comes in yellow or white gold.

Can you use special characters or symbols?
You may select from any letter of the alphabet or number up to 13 characters (depending on the item).

Where do you put the monogramming?
The monogramming is usually done at our discretion in order to get the best results. If you have a preference, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return an order and get your money back within 10 days (label and packing must be intact). You will be responsible for the shipping costs and custom duties.
In the case where the item is damaged or a mistake was made on the order, Pierotucci.com will cover all shipping and custom duty costs. In all cases, if you wish to make an exchange, Pierotucci.com will take responsibility for the cost to ship the new merchandise to you. click here

Pierotucci.com does not sell, rent or lend any personally identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party in ways different to those described in this privacy statement. Nor do we share your personally identifiable information with any other entities other than the necessary third parties in the processing of your order.

Is it safe to use a credit card?
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) providing an encrypted channel and server authentication, so that all such information is transmitted through a 128 bit secured server connection. The credit card and bank details you provide are communicated only and directly to the Deutsche Bank to process your payment. Your bank and credit card details are never communicated or available to Pierotucci.com or any other third party.

Cookies contain information that allows us to recognize who you are when you arrive at our site by associating the anonymous identification numbers in the cookie with other information you as a customer have provided us. That customer information is stored on our secured database. At no time is your personally identifiable information (name, street address, credit card number) stored within one of our cookies.
