A beautiful work of art hand carved from the Sardonyx stone truly makes this cameo a collector’s item. The artist has sculpted the perfectly proportioned profile of the young Diana as she gazes dreamily at something we can only guess at. There is an air of mystery that surrounds her. Diana was the Goddess of hunting and of the moon. In fact she wears a little moon as a crown and has a bow and arrow on her back.
