Fratelli Traversari started to make stone mosaic at the end of the 19th century specializing in the production of artistic stone mosaics made entirely by hand. The techniques employed, micromosaic in drawn enamel glass, mosaic in cut enamel glass and commesso mosaic in semi-precious stones, have been studied and refined over the course of the lengthy experience of this family of craftsmen.
