Pierotucci.com registration and sales procedures comply with Italian Law n. 196/03 for the right to privacy.

In order to purchase products on the Pierotucci.com web site you are required to fill-in a registration form with basic personal information (your name, your address, your telephone number, your e-mail address, etc.) and this data remains completely confidential and will be used for contractual purposes only. Pierotucci.com does not sell, rent or lend any personally identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party in a way different to those described in this privacy statement. Nor do we share your personally identifiable information with any other entities other than the necessary third parties in the processing of your order.

The shipping information relating to an order (name, address, phone) will be shared - only for delivery purposes - with the shipping company/courier used by Pierotucci.com.

The credit card and bank details you provide will be communicated only to Deutsche Bank for payment purposes.

Your email address will never be disclosed to third parties. It will be used only by us to send you promotional email communications if you have asked to receive such material.

Whenever an order is placed, the customer's name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card number/expiration date are gathered and this information is protected both online and offline. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) providing an encrypted channel and server authentication, so that all such information is transmitted through a secured server connection. This means that it is "encrypted," or scrambled, so that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. While on a secure page such as our order form, the lock icon found on the bottom of Web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Safari becomes locked, as opposed to un–locked or open when you are just "surfing."

While we use 128-bit SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also take several steps to protect user information offline. All of our users' information, not just information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a Customer Service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Finally, if you become a member of Pierotucci.com, all of your personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, etc) is safely stored in our database. We store this type of information so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you make a purchase or log-in using the My Account feature.

From the moment you select the “Buy” button to make a purchase you enter a secure page belonging to and available only to the online administrator of Deutsche Bank’s server. The credit card and bank details you provide are communicated only and directly to the administrator of Deutsche Bank to process your payment. Your bank and credit card details are never communicated or available to Pierotucci.com or any other third party.
