Return & Exchange Policy

Pierotucci.com puts the utmost care and attention into the creation of all its own products and in the commercialization of  those by other brands, from the moment we receive your order until delivery to your house and beyond.

We want you to love what you order so if there is something wrong with the item(s) you receive, or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know.  Every effort has been made to accurately display the color of the leather you are viewing. Differences in computer monitors, internet connections, and the processor in your computer could cause colors to appear in shades or tones that are not accurate. Even if all monitors displayed the same colors, due to the nature of leather tanning processes there are slight differences between loads of leather we receive from the tannery.
If precision in color selection is important, it is recommended that a photo of the item to be shipped be requested.

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to notify us and we will help you make the return/exchange process as easy as possible.

Any product which you have notified us of that you want to exchange or obtain a refund, must be returned to us within a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery.

 All the returns MUST be communicated through the link “Return Procedure” contained in your personal account:

  • Log in to your account, go to your orders and click on the link “return” of the order you want to change.
  • Fill in the form “making a return or an exchange” and send it to Pierotucci.com staff  by clicking on the “Send RMS code request” button at the end of the page.
  • A Pierotucci.com representative will contact you by email with the instruction on how to process your return/exchange.

After the unworn/unwashed merchandise has been returned and the contents of the package have been checked, we will immediately proceed with the reimbursement or the exchange.

Pierotucci reserves the right to refuse acceptance of items sent without our prior authorization.

We at Pierotucci would like to inform our customers that we are based in Italy and  when goods are returned to us the costs involved could be more than if you were shipping it locally. Your shipment may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes of which the amount is not predictable. These costs will be your responsibility.

In case of  return, Pierotucci.com will reimburse you in the same form as the original payment type.

Please note that:

  • In case of Return and Exchange for defective or mistaken items Pierotucci.com will either refund you in full or replace the item which was defective or mistaken, entirely at its own expense.
  • The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.If you paid shipping in your order, please note that what you paid is actually a co-payment, where Pierotucci pays the remaing shipping charges.
  • If you are returning an item for reasons other than it is defective or mistakenly sent by Pierotucci.com, you may return the item at your expense and Pierotucci will make a full refund LESS shipping, import/export taxes and duties originally paid for by Pierotucci. Duties or other charges imposed by your governament are not refunded.
  • If the item/s have a value of €200.00 Euro or more, there will be an additional 10% restocking fee.
  • Items which are indicated on the site as Made to Order may not be eligible for the refund policy.  If in doubt please contact our customer service department and ask for clarification

In all cases, if you wish to make an exchange you will be responsible for the new shipping charge. Please click here for details about shipping charges.

Second Returns

You can return your exchanged item within 30 days from the delivery date of your original order. Please note that for second returns, we can not guarantee refunds, only store credits and exchanges. Shipping fees may apply.

ALL CUSTOM-MADE, SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNTED ITEM ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE (Customizations include custom made jackets, handbag modifications, changes to leather type or color, and monogramming)
