Once you have made your purchase, Pierotucci.com will process your order immediately and notify you via email on the status of the order and the expected delivery and/or free delivery date.

In order to provide you with top quality service, Pierotucci.com utilizes UPS, one of the fastest and most reliable shipping services by air for all its delivery and free delivery orders. In other cases, especially for European destinations, we use TNT Express services.

Once your order is processed, we will ship with the designated carrier, then forward your tracking number automatically via email for your delivery or free delivery. To track your purchase, visit UPS or TNT accordingly to the carrier used to deliver your order.

Depending on the item you have purchased, you may also choose to send your package “regular airmail”. In this case, there is no tracking number and the delivery time will not be as quick, however this method is still safe and more cost effective.

Pierotucci.com will ship your products almost anywhere in the world. If your country is not included in the list mentioned above, you will see the cost of delivery during the check-out phase.

Pierotucci.com cannot ship to P.O. boxes therefore a street address must be included in the order.

NOTE: The money paid for the shipping are just a contribution to the actual shipping costs.

Pierotucci.com will assume responsibility for all taxes and custom duties for shipping (including free shipping packages) to the following countries: USA, Canada, Japan and all the EU countries.

If you want to see if the taxes and custom duties for orders to your country are paid for by Pierotucci.com, simply click on your "shopping basket" (at least one item has to be contained in your basket) and select the relative country. You will be able to see if the tax duties are your responsibility.

Pierotucci store will not assume responsibility for taxes and customs duties: goods purchased in Pierotucci stores and ship to anywhere in the world won't have taxes and duties paid, that will be under customers' responsibility.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S., Europe and Japan, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
