Once you have made your purchase, Pierotucci.com will process your order immediately and notify you via email on the status of the order and the date of expected delivery.

In order to provide you with top quality service, Pierotucci.com utilizes UPS, one of the fastest and most reliable delivery services by air. In other cases, especially for European destinatons, we use TNT Express services.

Once your order is processed, we will drop-off your package to the carrier, then forward you your tracking number automatically via email. To track your purchase, visit UPS or TNT accordingly to the carrier used to deliver your order.

Depending on the item you have purchased, you may also choose to send your package “regular airmail”. In this case, there is no tracking number and the delivery time will not be as quick, however this method is still safe and more cost effective.

Pierotucci.com will ship your products anywhere in the world. If your country is not included in the list mentioned above, you will see the cost of delivery during the check-out phase.

Pierotucci.com cannot ship to P.O. boxes therefore a street address must be included in the order.

You will be able to see if the tax duties are your responsibility.
