1. Available Models
The raw materials of the highest quality and the refined craftsmanship, which takes its origins from ancient family traditions that has been handed down for generations, gives life to a series of models unique in their kind in terms of elegance, softness, comfort and above all, quality Made in Italy.
Very light, these ballet flats shoes are made entirely of leather including a sturdy leather sole that, unlike many other brands, has a unique manufacturing process that makes it perfect for each model created. In this way each shoe, from the "ballerina" ballet flat to the ankle boot, will be comfortable to wear and, above all, will be durable to last over time.
All the shoes proposed by Pierotucci are handmade, according to a particular and entirely artisan craftsmanship, where the models are sewn completely on the reverse. Nothing is glued, and to do this you need the skill, love and passion of talented artisans who, with great dedication, follow all the phases of this entirely manual production.
The available models that you can find at our online store are listed here:
2. Type of Materials
Not only a wide range of colors are available but also different types of materials suitable for each model of the brand can be chosen. In this way you will find the perfect match for your outfit. Choosing the type of leather for the shoe is very important to determine the final effect of your look. In fact, the material does not only affect the fit of the shoe, but also the feel and the visual result as a whole. Precisely for this reason we focus on three different types of leather and on a fabric that will never go out of style.
Nappa: a supple leather that is strong and durable yet soft to the touch; a natural grain smooth leather that is typically dyed in vats during the tanning process so the color penetrates the skin throughout. Very resistant compared to suede, this type of leather tends to retain its original shape.
Special type of Nappa with Metallic Effect: a soft Nappa finished with a metallic color to give it a bright metal look. The metal effect does not completely cover the grain of the soft leather thus giving it a refined touch of color and a special play of light.
Special type of Nappa with Patent leather Effect: a Nappa whose grain is coated giving it a high-gloss a finish like a varnish. This makes the leather completely smooth to the touch and shiny. The type of coating used to make patent leather is very resistant and expresses elegance at first sight.
Suede: a delicate leather with a velvety touch and no signs of visible grain. This material is perfect for those seeking comfort and elegance in one solution. Being a softer and more delicate type of leather compared to a Nappa (or one with a metallic / glossy effect) it will tend to have more give. There is also a suede with leopard print available; a wonderful combination of class and trend.
Denim: the only Porselli shoe material option that does not come from the leather world. Very soft, with a casual look, denim is a fabulous material that goes well with just about any type of outfit.
Please note that the ballet flats do not come in half sizes, but thanks to the hidden lace in the grosgrain trim you can tie your shoes for the perfect fit.
When buying a "Ballerina" ballet flat shoe, to determine the most appropriate fit we suggest for those who wear a half size to size up for a Nappa and to size down for the suede shoes.
NOTE: the final cost of the item changes from model to model based on the type of material used for the construction.
Each shoe model can be produced with every material listed above.
