We want you to love what you order so if there is something wrong with the item(s) you receive, please let us know.


All Pierotucci products are made to withstand normal wear and use, however if you are concerned about your purchase, we encourage you to contact our offices so we can answer your questions.

Pierotucci products are:

made in Florence, Italy by skilled Italian artisans and we use 100% genuine Italian vegetable-tanned leather (VERA PELLE ITALIANA)

Each item is carefully crafted and undergoes a stringent quality control. Small imperfections in the leather are a natural occurrence since it can vary in color and texture due to the tanning process. These are not considered defects, but rather a natural characteristic of the leather.

The Pierotucci craftsmen and women are available for repairs or customizations, even after years of use. If during the lifetime of your purchase you require spare parts, buttons, zips, straps or buckles, please contact our Customer Service Office, providing a photo of your product and we will try to assist you.

Note: Pierotucci strives to ensure that the item colors shown on the website are as as close to the real colors as possible. Every effort has been made to accurately display the color of the leather you are viewing. Differences in computer monitors, internet connections, and the processor in your computer could cause colors to appear in shades or tones that are not accurate. Even if all monitors displayed the same colors, due to the nature of leather tanning processes there are slight differences between batches of leather we receive from the tannery.

If precision in color selection is important, it is recommended that a photo of the item to be shipped is requested.


You have 10 days from the date of delivery to notify us via email and we will help you make the exchange process as easy as possible. Any product which you have notified us of that you want to exchange must be returned to us within a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery.

Due to strict Customs regulations into Italy DO NOT send anything back without getting specific shipping information from the Pierotucci Customer Service Office.

Please contact our Pierotucci Customer Service Office via email at indicating your order number, the item code and the reason for your decision. A Pierotucci representative will contact you by email with the instruction on how to process your return/exchange.

Pierotucci reserves the right to refuse items sent without our prior authorization.

The item must be returned in a new and unused condition. Pierotucci defines "new and unused" to mean that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a exchange or a credit (for your next purchase on our web site). For a special agreed you can have a refund, and you will be credited excluding transaction costs & customs taxes that Pierotucci has paid to process your purchase and return. Typically, all credits are processed after the item is received by Pierotucci. We will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement.

Pay attention to the Duties: when we receive a pack (a return) from a customer who doesn't live in the European Community, we must pay the Custom Taxes (for the Italian Government it is an importation). In this case, we are sorry, but we should deduct the Custom Taxes we paid from the amount we pay back to the customer.   



Pierotucci is a small leather workshop of Florence, if you order a not-in-stock product, it will be manufactured for you by our artisans. Orders which include a request of tailor-made item or with monogram or customized in size, color, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange. Regarding orders for Porselli and Spelta shoes: please be advised that all the shoes manufactured by customer request are non-refundable and orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.

Distance Selling Regulations returns apply to most products, but there are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including: tailor-made and personalized goods (see the Regulation at


All items discounted will be eligible only for a size exchange or credit but NO REFUND. If a customer find a defect, can ask for an exchange and credit for a new purchase. All shipments will be paid by the customer.


If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please indicate your order number, the item code and if possible a photo of the damage or defect. Pierotucci will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the package and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service. In the case that the damaged package was accepted, (though we cannot guarantee the shipper will cover the complaint), it will help our case: Please keep all of the shipping material and photographs of the damaged package, this is for insurance purposes with our shipper.

Replacement for damaged or defective items items will be shipped from PIEROTUCCI back to the customer at no additional cost.
