Every Pierotucci creation is:

Made in Florence, Italy by skilled Italian artisans and we use 100% genuine Italian vegetable-tanned leather (VERA PELLE ITALIANA).

Each piece is meticulously crafted and undergoes strict quality control. Variations in color and texture are natural characteristics of premium leather, making every item uniquely yours rather than flawed.

The Pierotucci factory offers support for repairs and custom modifications. Should you require replacement parts like buttons, zippers, straps, or buckles and other metal hardware, simply reach out to our Customer Care team with a photo of your product, and we will gladly find the best solution for you.

Please note: We make every effort to display the colors of our leather items as accurately as possible on our website. However, actual shades may vary slightly due to your device’s screen settings, brightness, and display technology. Additionally, because leather is a natural material, organic variations in the tanning process can create subtle differences in tone between different production batches.


1) RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To ensure a seamless experience, please notify us via email within 10 days of delivery if you wish to request an exchange. We gladly accept items for exchange or store credit up to 30 days from the delivery date, and our team will guide you through the process every step of the way.

Important: Due to strict customs regulations in Italy, please do not ship any items back without first receiving specific shipping instructions from our Customer Care team.

To initiate your request, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, item code, and the reason for the return. We will get back to you shortly with step-by-step instructions on how to complete your return or exchange.

Be advised that Pierotucci reserves the right to refuse any returns sent without prior authorization.

2) RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION

All returns must be in new and unused condition. This means the item must be free of scratches, marks, or blemishes, showing no signs of wear or any alterations. To ensure a successful return, please note that any product with signs of use cannot be accepted.

Items returned in accordance with this policy are eligible for an exchange or a store credit towards your next online purchase. Refunds are issued exclusively under specific circumstances, such as a craftsmanship defect. Please note that authorized exchanges, credits, or refunds will be processed net of any original transaction fees. These options are typically finalized once we receive and inspect the item. If a refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the credit is submitted to your original payment method.Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. For PayPal transactions, the credit may appear instantly as 'Pending'.

Import Fees and Taxes: Returns from outside the European Union (EU) are subject to customs duties based on the item's value. Please note that any customs duties and taxes paid by Pierotucci to receive your return will be deducted from your total refund.

3) MADE-to-ORDER & CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Pierotucci is a traditional leather workshop in Florence. Since most of our products are individually handcrafted upon request, items that are tailor-made, monogrammed, or customized in size, color, or style are not eligible for return or exchange. Porselli and Spelta Milano ballet flats: Please be advised that all shoes manufactured by customer request are final sale. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed.

4) FINAL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All discounted and final sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE. If an item has a visible defect, you may request an exchange or store credit. Please note that shipping costs for replacement items are the responsibility of the customer.

5) DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, the item code, and a photo of the damage or defect. Pierotucci will make every reasonable effort to send a replacement as quickly as possible.

If your package arrives extensively damaged, please refuse it and contact our Customer Service team immediately. If you choose to accept a damaged package, please take photos of the box or packet before opening it and keep all original packaging materials. While we cannot guarantee the courier will honor the claim, this documentation is essential for our shipping insurance purposes.

Replacement for damaged or defective items items will be shipped from PIEROTUCCI back to the customer at no additional cost.
